Cyrillic converter, since nobody likes to use the same standards. It detects automagically which encoding is in use. Nice, huh?A page on the Latin and Cyrillic orthographies for Belarusian (kirylièny j ³acinski bie³aruski pravapis), which I really should take in so as to plan my latinization of Ukr. better.
