Ethics and Language

Alan K. Melby and C. Terry Warner have argued that ethics is logically prior to human language use. It's a fascinating bit of thinking. I don't have time to go into it now, but here's an essay by Melby that I'll reread when I have finished this semester. (Slithy popup!)
