Alton Brown on BeansThis episode on beans contains much science and wisdom that I need to absorb. My own attempts at cooking beans have been lackluster, and with this I can understand why. That said, transcribing all the little jumps, cuts, visuals, and everything, all the time, is pretty annoying. It reminds me why I divorced TV in the first place. But even so, this is good stuff.
